Supported Housing:
Residents in supported housing have the choice of renting a bedroom under a license agreement or a flat with a tenancy agreement. They receive support aimed at building confidence and developing essential life skills for independent living. Residents manage their bills and living costs through benefits and potential earnings from employment.
Supported Housing with Care:
Similar to supported housing, these services are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care alongside support. Tailored for individuals with medium or higher-level support needs who hold their own tenancy, this option offers increased independence while still receiving necessary care.
Housing Management
Some of our supported housing services solely offer housing management support, providing residents with assistance in managing finances and tenancy obligations to maintain their tenancy.
